Ismael Machado(“I” or "me" or "my" ) built the Bipolar Ball app as an Ad Supported app.  Bipolar Ball("app") is provided by me at no cost and is intended for use as is: TERMS OF USE.

Although I myself do not collect or use any personally identifiable user data,  I do use 3rd party advertising & analytic SDK's that may do so.  This privacy policy is used to inform you regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal user data by my 3rd party advertising & analytic partners.

 

By downloading Bipolar Ball you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including consenting to my advertisings partners' use of your data for targeted advertising purposes as described in the Advertising section of this Privacy Policy.  That section also explains how you can revoke your consent to the use of your data for targeted advertising purposes.

Advertising

Bipolar Ball includes advertising for third party products and services.  By accepting this Privacy Policy and downloading or continuing to play Bipolar Ball, and unless you opt out of interest-based advertising as explained in this section, you consent to my advertising partners collecting and using your data to improve advertising and targeting so that I can show you relevant third party ads in Bipolar Ball.

My 3rd party advertising partners may use ad identifiers(Ad ID), IP addresses, cookies and other similar technologies to recognize you and your device, and provide interest based advertising to you.

Ad identifiers are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and/or Apple's ID for advertising (the 'IDFA'), which are uniquely associated with your device.

Opt-Out of targeted Advertising

You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on Bipolar Ball by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting "limit ad tracking" (Apple iOS) or "opt-out of interest based ads" (Android).  If you are located in the EU/EEA you will also have the option of opting out of in the Bipolar Ball app settings.  You can also reset your Ad ID in your phones settings.

Please note that adjusting your preferences as described in this section does not mean you will no longer receive Ads, it only means the Ads you do see will be less relevant to your interests.

Firebase services

• Crashlytics

Bipolar Ball uses Firebase Crashlytics to report crashes.  Crashlytics collects the Installation UUID & Crash traces​.  Crash traces and their associated identifiers are kept for 90 days.

• Google Analytics For Firebase

Bipolar Ball uses Google Analytics For Firebase to provide analytics and attribution information.  Some data Google Analytics For Firebase may use are Mobile Ad ID's, IDFV/Android ID's, Instance ID's, & Analytic Instance ID's.  To find out more about what each of these are you can check out the Firebase privacy link below.  Google Analytics retains certain advertising identifier associated data (e.g., Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers and Identifier for Vendors, Android’s Advertising ID) for 60 days.

 

EU/EEA Users

If you are located in the EU/EEA there will be a dialog presented to you on the apps first launch, this is required for GDPR.  If you would like to opt-out of Personalized Ads & Analytics you have to select the "No, see less relevant ads & disable analytics" button.  If you would like to see Personalized Ads & Analytics you can select "Yes, see relevant ads & enable analytics".  At anytime you can go into settings and opt-out or opt-in and it will take effect right away.

Cookies

Like many other websites, I use cookies on this website(www.bipolarball.com).  A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by the web browser on your computer or mobile phone that identifies your computer and browser when you visit www.bipolarball.com.  I do not use cookies to collect Personal Information but rather to improve the quality of this site.  Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies.  You have the option to reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookies is being sent.  Please note, however, that certain features of this site may not function if you delete or disable cookies.

Age Limit

These services do not address anyone under the age of 16.  I do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 16 or allow them to use Bipolar Ball.  If you are below the age of 16 please do not send me any personal data about yourself.  If I find out someone under the age of 16 has contacted me and sent personal data, it will be deleted as soon as possible.
